Outline Design – Your Designer will create detailed Plans, elevations and sections so you know exactly what you getting.
Planning Permission – Develop drawings suitable for submission to the Local Planning Authority.
Building Control – Develop drawings suitable for submission to the local authority or an approved inspector.
Structural Considerations – Provide calculations as required for your Building Control approval
Party Wall Act etc. Act 1996 – If you are building on or near to your boundary and close to your neighbours property you are likely to require an agreement before you begin the work
Programming and Phasing – Whether you project is big or small there will inevitably be alot of disruption with building work and we will help develop an approach that works for you.
Procurement and Cost Planning – We will develop Cost Plans to give you options so you have control of your spend
