- Ideas and budgets – The first stage is to work out what you want and what’s possible. Typically we would discuss your options and provide this initial advice.
- Outline Design – Your Designer will create detailed plans, elevations and sections so you know exactly what you're getting.
- We will model your home as an interactive 3D Model.
- Planning Permission – Develop drawings suitable for submission to the Local Planning Authority.
- Building Regulations – Develop drawings suitable for submission to the local authority or an approved inspector.
- Structural Considerations – Provide calculations as required for your Building Control approval.
- Party Wall Act etc. Act 1996 – If you are building on or near to your boundary and close to your neighbours' property you are likely to require an agreement before you begin the work.
- Programming and Phasing – Whether your project is big or small there will inevitably be alot of disruption with building work and we will help develop an approach that works for you.
- Procurement and Cost Planning – We will develop Cost Plans to give you options so you have control of your spend.
- Professional Contractors – Accredited and Qualified professionals for specialist trades such as Electrical, Plumbing and Gas works.
- Construction Activities – Because we provide a complete solution our Designers and Project Managers work hand in hand so you get quality and control.
