Refurbishment and reconfiguration of Listed Building in Conservation Area. The design addressed the poor flow through the property due to old extensions not being integrated effectively. The new layout allowed for the effective removal of some internal walls to open up the kitchen on the ground and create a new spiral staircase. All features were designed to match and integrate successfully into the property and preserve some of the older elements
